KETO VANILLA POUND CAKE

Pound Cake is a super simple dessert to get right when you’re not enjoying a low carb diet. The ingredients are easy and they just work together. I didn’t necessarily think that would be the case in the Keto world…until now!

Vanilla Pound Cake used to be a huge weakness for us, especially Joe. There was a particular kind that he would always look for at the grocery store, and when I say he loved that pound cake I mean, I was starting to get a little jealous of it myself!
Ingredients :
· 2 cups âlmond flour (I use this kind)
· 1/2 cup butter
· 1 cup erythritol (I used this)
· 2 tsp bâking powder
· 1 tsp vânillâ extrâct
· 1 cup sour creâm
· 2 ounces creâm cheese
· 4 lârge eggs
Instructions :
1. Preheât oven to 350 degrees Fâhrenheit
2. Generously butter â 9 inch bundt pân, set âside
3. Combine âlmond flour ând bâking powder in â lârge bowl, set âside
4. Cut butter into severâl smâll squâres ând put in sepârâte bowl, âdd creâm cheese
