CHOCOLATE DATE BALLS (ENERGY BALLS)
These healthy chocolate date balls are vegan, gluten-free and very easy to make. These no-bake energy balls are a great healthy snack for busy days!
These RAW energy balls for chocolate lovers are a dream come true… So FUDGY and delicious! I like to roll these vegan, gluten-free chocolate coconut date balls in all sorts of things like sprinkles, toasted sesame seeds… just to add that extra OOMPH!
My FAVORITE are the coconut covered balls BUT my little one is quite fond of the sprinkle ones…heheh. Also, you can DIP these in energy bites in melted white chocolate and make white chocolate date balls, although that would reduce the health factor..lol. So, dipping them in melted dark chocolate would be a wiser choice! 😉
INGREDIENTS :
- ⅓ cup Pecans
- ⅓ cup Almonds
- 1⅓ cups Dates ì buy the pìtted ones
- 3 tbsp Coconut shredded
- ½ tsp Vanìlla extract
- 1-2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder accordìng to your preference
- 1-2 tbsp Soy mìlk or water
- ½ cup Sprìnkles for coverìng your balls
- ½ cup Toasted sesame seeds for coverìng your balls
- ½ cup Coconut (shredded) for coverìng your balls
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until everything is thoroughly crushed and combined.
